Over the past year, both myself and a close mate of mine (and long-term Kyck user) were diagnosed with blood clots found in our lungs. If any of those clots had dislodged into our brains, we wouldn't be here right now. Writing this to you. Doing the things we love.

It should NOT take an event like that, or something similar, for us to wake up and realise we need to look after ourselves better.
