If any of you know this man, you will understand that he literally is the barometer of our age.
Through his life, his eyes, and his voice, we have all witnessed some truly wonderful things and will be forever grateful.
But through wonder has arrived the truly catastrophic reality of where we are at now, boiled down to one statistic:
In the lifetime of a child born today, the world’s climate will collapse to create a humanitarian crisis close to starvation. Coral reefs won’t exist, rainforests won’t exist, and coastal cities won’t exist. And this is almost a certainty.
“Jeez dude, lighten up! I just wanted to read a light-hearted email!” I hear you.
But when I truly think of what we as a race of humans have done to the planet, I draw some pretty close comparisons to what we as blokes do to our own bodies over time.
1. 4/9 indicators of irreversible climate degradation have already been surpassed in just a few decades. Q: How many health indicators have you surpassed over the decades which may become irreversible?
2. Our treatment of nature is like fast food to our bodies. Q: If we do not replenish either, they become very sick.
3. Some groups are desperately trying to help the planet singularly, but the issues are multiple. Q: Are you looking at just one health problem, rather than looking at your whole system?
4. The moving baseline - each generation born has never experienced what the Earth was like in previous generations. Q: Do we look at other’s health to gauge how we ourselves are doing?
If our planet can suffer like this, just imagine what we are doing to our bodies — the likeness is closer than you think.
If you are truly shocked at the statistic above, I cannot recommend listening to David’s book strongly enough. We owe him, we owe the planet, and ultimately we owe the next generation a chance.
Let’s face it, it was our generation that stuffed this up in the first place.
Time to Take Stock The planet has warning signs — and so does your body.
Rising temperatures. Declining ecosystems. Irreversible tipping points. Sound familiar? Because it should.
Low energy. Declining testosterone. Afternoon crashes. Poor sleep. Rising stress. A body that’s slowly breaking down because we’ve been treating it like there’s no tomorrow, or we simply don't care.
The truth is, we’ve been stuffing up our health the same way we’ve been stuffing up the planet — ignoring the warning signs, hoping it’ll sort itself out, waiting until it’s too late.
But here’s the thing: Unlike climate tipping points, your health is something you can still control.
You can’t reverse decades of environmental damage overnight. But you can start restoring your testosterone levels, your energy, your sleep, and your mental clarity — starting today.
That’s why we created Kyck - to fix an entire "system" that has been destroyed over decades of wear and tear, stress, neglect, and a progressively harsher environment.
Kyck gives your body the natural ingredients it needs to fight back against stress, fatigue, brain fog, and the slow erosion of health that happens when you just let things slide. It fixes your system, as simple as that. And the proof is in.
We owe the planet action. We owe the next generation better.
But we also owe ourselves the chance to feel great again — to be strong for our families, to have the energy to show up, and to stop the decline before it becomes irreversible.
So while you’re thinking about the state of the world, take a moment to think about the state of your health.
Because if we can’t save the planet overnight, at least we can save ourselves.
Oh, and if you do see a bit of plastic or a fag butt on the beach, pick it up before a fish eats it up and feeds it back to you.
